Event LED screen

An event LED screen must rig fast, travel well and move from a concert to a conference. Artixium designs LED displays for concerts, festivals, conferences, product launches and temporary stages, and supports event agencies and audiovisual providers.

We worked with

Which LED screens for an event?

LED display systems designed for fast deployment, high visual impact and reliable performance across temporary event environments.

Live Touring

Tour-ready LED configurations designed for repeated assembly, transport constraints and consistent show quality from venue to venue.

A touring set is built and struck dozens of times a season, often overnight, by a different local crew in each city. That makes the cabinet’s locking and handling matter more than its pixel pitch: how fast two panels align in the dark, whether a curve locks at a repeatable angle, and what a full flightcase weighs once the trucking plan is fixed.

Our Beryl and Ayrgon 2 touring cabinets are designed around that cycle: tool-free latches, integrated curve locks and a spare-part logic that lets a crew swap a module between soundcheck and doors instead of pulling the wall down.

Stage Floors

Walkable LED surfaces that turn the stage floor into part of the scenography, for immersive shows, brand activations and live performance.

A floor carries the entire show: performers, risers, sometimes a vehicle. Load rating, surface grip and a non-reflective top layer decide whether it works at all; resolution only becomes a question once the panel survives the weight.

The Opal is built for exactly that: an interactive LED floor with a walkable anti-slip surface and a structure rated for live performance, so the stage surface becomes part of the scenography rather than a prop the crew has to protect.

Transparent Setups

See-through panels that keep sightlines open, for scenography, concerts and brand events where the space behind the screen still has to read.

Transparent LED earns its place when the audience has to see through the screen: a set piece that keeps sightlines to the band, a window that stays a window, a booth that does not become a wall. The trade-off never changes: the more open the mesh, the coarser the pitch and the lower the peak brightness.

The Orion 2 sits at the rental end of that range, light enough to fly from truss and open enough to keep a stage visible behind it, which is usually what settles it once the sightlines are drawn.

Trade Show Booths

Stand walls, headers and hanging features built to stop people in the aisle and make a product story visible across a crowded hall.

Stand LED runs against a hard deadline: the hall opens at a fixed hour and the build slot is counted in hours, not days. Rigging points, available power and the hall’s own ceiling height usually constrain the design more than the creative brief does.

Which cabinet suits depends on the stand it hangs on. The Manganite mounts into Aluvision and beMatrix frames, so the screen becomes part of the stand structure rather than an object bolted onto it. Where the design curves (a wave, a cylinder, a concave header), the Boron 2 takes the shape instead. Both are bought by the stand builders and AV providers who serve exhibitors show after show, which is why they are engineered for repeated assembly rather than a single build.

Mobile LED Trailers

A screen that arrives on wheels: road-legal trailers that deploy on site, for outdoor events, temporary venues and campaigns with nothing to hang from.

A trailer screen is a road vehicle first and a display second. It has to arrive road-legal, deploy on uneven ground, hold its angle in wind, and stay readable in full daylight from the far side of a field or a car park.

These builds use IP-rated outdoor cabinets on a hydraulic frame: high-brightness and front-serviceable, so a fault is cleared at the roadside rather than back at the depot. Since no two chassis are alike, the screen is drawn around the trailer as a custom project.

Custom Projects

When no standard format fits: shapes drawn with agencies, scenographers and technical providers, then engineered and built.

The event builds people remember are rarely catalogue shapes: a cylinder around a DJ booth, a ceiling that follows a curved roof, a logo cut out of a wall. We build those shapes (curves, volumes, cut-outs, outward angles), because the cabinets are ours and the frame is drawn with the project.

We take those from a scenographer’s drawing to a hanging structure: cabinet layout, frame design, weight and power calculation, then manufacture. Custom LED projects covers the engineering, and the installation team takes it to site.

Where it goes

We build LED for every kind of event

Artixium manufactures LED displays for touring productions, open-air festivals, corporate stages and exhibition stands. One factory behind all four, and four schedules that have almost nothing in common.

Concerts & Live Shows

Rigged overnight, filmed from the pit, struck before dawn: the cabinet is chosen for that cycle.

Outdoor Events

Sun, wind and rain in the same afternoon. Brightness and IP rating decide it, not resolution.

Set-up time

Build time weighs as much as image quality when we choose a cabinet. A wall that goes up in four hours and comes down the same night needs fast latches and flightcases; a wall that stays up for a week can be heavier and slower to assemble.

Suited to every venue

Our range covers every venue. An arena offers rigging points and controlled light; an open field brings wind, rain and direct sun. We have the right cabinet for both, without changing what the audience sees on screen.

Corporate Events

Keynote viewing distances are short and the content is text: pitch matters more than sheer size.

For those who deploy

And we build for whoever deploys it. Our clients are rental companies, AV providers, integrators and stand builders: the panels are specified so their crews build fast, service in the field, and keep a fleet earning across a season. The four below show what each case asks of the hardware.

Trade Shows & Exhibitions

A fixed opening hour, a small crew, and a stand that has to travel to the next show intact.

Frequently asked questions

For most events the answer is the Beryl: a touring cabinet that goes up fast, travels in flightcases and holds its image from a concert stage to a corporate set. Around it we adjust to the brief (format, viewing distance, indoor or outdoor, rigging constraints, content and schedule), with a stage floor, a transparent panel or an IP-rated outdoor cabinet where the venue calls for one.

Yes. Artixium can help with product selection, technical configuration, deployment planning, commissioning guidance, maintenance and spare parts so your team can deliver the event with confidence.

Yes. For rental fleets and recurring shows, Artixium can recommend modular products designed for repeated assembly, transport, serviceability and different screen formats.

Timing depends on screen size, stock availability, transport, rigging and venue access. Share your event date, location and technical brief so Artixium can propose a realistic deployment plan.

Yes, and in real time. The media server or control system driving the wall can swap content mid-show (a running-order change, a last-minute announcement, a sponsor loop or an interactive segment), without touching the hardware.

A screen configured for one project rather than pulled from a fixed catalogue format: cabinet size, shape, curvature, pixel pitch and mounting are chosen for the set. It is what makes a stage surround, a transparent scenic element or a walkable floor possible from the same product family.

Yes. The three cabinets share the same locking system and the same rigging points, so they build into one structure. That is what lets you compose a screen shape no catalogue carries: each zone takes the cabinet that suits it, without multiplying mechanical interfaces or structures.

We are a manufacturer, so what we quote is hardware, not a day rate. Price follows surface area, pixel pitch and cabinet class, and a touring wall that will be built and struck a hundred times is specified differently from one that goes up once. If you need screens for a single event rather than a fleet of your own, tell us the dates and we will point you to the rental company or integrator nearest you.

Every touring package ships with spare modules and power supplies sized to the wall. Front-access cabinets mean a module is changed in minutes without dismantling the structure, which is exactly why we specify front access for anything that has to work in front of an audience.

No. Artixium manufactures LED displays and supplies them to rental companies, AV integrators, distributors and installers, who deploy them for events and tours. If you are looking to hire a screen for an event, tell us where and when and we will point you to a partner holding our panels.
