LED Screen Aluna Festival 2015: XENON on the Main Stage
Since 2008, the Aluna Festival has established itself as an essential musical gathering in the heart of Ardèche. Each year, this event brings together artists, entertainment professionals, and festival-goers in an exceptional natural setting conducive to sharing and discovery.
During its eighth edition, more than 40,000 spectators gathered around the three stages installed on site, including a main stage hosting the biggest names in the lineup. Artists present included Soprano, Charlie Winston, Véronique Sanson, Calogero, and the Chedid family.
Artixium had the privilege of participating in this edition as an official sponsor. For the main stage, two giant screens composed of XENON P9 (a range since succeeded by Ayrgon 2 and Beryl) cabinets were installed to provide optimal visibility to all spectators, regardless of their position.
The XENON P9 was then our flagship solution for outdoor events. Designed for touring, this cabinet combined robustness, compactness, and ease of handling. At 12 kg, it was particularly suited to quick installations and demanding environments.

The LED Screen Aluna Festival Set-Up in Detail
The LED screen Aluna Festival installation of 2015 focused on the main stage, where the biggest names of the line-up performed in front of a crowd spread across a large open-air site. To make sure every festival-goer could follow the shows, Artixium supplied two giant LED screens totalling 204 m² of display.
Visibility for every spectator. The screens relayed the artists and the stage visuals to the whole audience, including the spectators furthest from the stage, where performers otherwise appear very small.
A cabinet built for touring. The screens were made of XENON P9 cabinets weighing 12 kg each, light enough to be assembled quickly on site and robust enough for the conditions of an outdoor festival.
A partnership with the festival. As an official sponsor of this eighth edition, Artixium supported Aluna Festival with what was then its flagship solution for outdoor events.
Why Choose an LED Screen for a Music Festival?
On a festival site, the audience can stretch far away from the stage. Giant LED screens bring the show closer to everyone: close-ups of the artists, live camera feeds, stage visuals, sponsor messages and safety information remain clearly visible from the front rows to the back of the crowd.
