The rules governing access to and use of the Artixium website: content, intellectual property, liability and governing law.

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Artixium website by any visitor (the “user”). By browsing the website, you accept these Terms. They apply without prejudice to our terms of sale, which govern orders for products and services.
1. Website publisher
The website is published by ARTIXIUM FRANCE, a company with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 804 669 919, whose registered office is at 112 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France. 2. Access to the website
The website is available free of charge; internet connection costs remain the user’s responsibility. Artixium makes every effort to keep it available at all times, but may suspend access, in particular for maintenance or updates, without incurring any liability.
3. Use of the website
Users agree to use the website for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. In particular, it is forbidden to:
- interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website (intrusion, overloading, spreading malicious code);
- extract all or part of the content automatically or systematically (scraping);
- submit false or unlawful information through the forms, or third-party information without their consent;
- use the website for unsolicited marketing.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the website — text, photographs, videos, visuals, datasheets, logos, trademarks, product names, layout and code — are the property of Artixium or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without Artixium’s prior written consent is prohibited, except for viewing and printing for strictly personal use or for assessing a project.
5. Published information
Information on the website (technical specifications, visuals, references, articles) is provided for guidance only and may change without notice. Online price estimates are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer: only a quotation issued by Artixium is binding. Customer references are shown with the consent of those concerned or based on public information.
6. Forms and customer area
The website forms (contact, showroom visit booking, job application, price estimate) allow users to send a request to Artixium. Users guarantee that the information they provide is accurate. Access to the customer portal is restricted to customers holding personal credentials, which they undertake to keep confidential.
7. Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Artixium has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content. Linking to the Artixium website is permitted, provided it does not harm its image and its pages are not displayed within another website.
8. Liability
Artixium takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of information and the security of the website, but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors, interruptions or viruses. Artixium shall not be liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the website.
9. Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing carried out through the website is described in our privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our cookie policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
Artixium may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you visit the website; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
