LED screen training
LED screen training for display operation, maintenance and support
Building autonomy around LED display systems
Artixium is an approved training provider for LED display technology. Our programs help technical teams operate, install, maintain and understand LED display systems, from simple configurations to more complex screen architectures. From basic handling to signal workflows, maintenance routines and troubleshooting, our training sessions give teams the practical knowledge needed to support displays in real operating conditions.
Practical knowledge for daily LED operation
Training content is adapted to the display, the installation environment and the technical level of the team. Sessions can cover an introduction to LED technology, LED module handling, cabinet installation, power and signal distribution, basic diagnosis, calibration principles, software operation with Novastar and other LED control tools, and maintenance routines.
The aim is autonomy on the everyday work: recognising a signal fault before calling support, replacing a module without waiting for a technician, and knowing when an issue genuinely needs to go back through the repair workflow. Teams that have just taken delivery of a screen are often trained right after installation, while the system is still fresh and the commissioning documents are to hand.
Training certificate and technical follow-up
At the end of the training, Artixium can deliver a certificate confirming the skills reviewed during the session and the accreditation level reached by the participant. Training can also be supported by technical documentation, maintenance references and practical recommendations adapted to the installed LED system.
After the session, Artixium can continue supporting teams through maintenance contracts, LED repair services or technical assistance when required. Where a team also takes on the visual side of the system, calibration can be handled by our technicians or reviewed during the training itself.
LED screen training: modules adapted to your team
Each module is selected according to the equipment in use, the operational context and the daily responsibilities of the people being trained. Programs can be structured by accreditation level, from introductory operation to advanced integration and maintenance practice.
LED display fundamentals
Understand the main parts of an LED display, from modules and cabinets to control equipment.
Module and cabinet handling
Learn safe handling, alignment checks, spare-part identification and basic replacement logic.
Power and signal workflow
Follow power distribution, data routing and control links through the complete display chain.
Control software overview
Review essential software workflows for sending, checking and managing LED display content.
Basic troubleshooting
Identify first-level symptoms and isolate whether an issue comes from power, signal or hardware.
Preventive maintenance
Set routines for visual checks, cleaning, cable inspection and planned service follow-up.
Calibration awareness
Understand why brightness, color and module consistency matter after installation or repair.
Safety and good practices
Review safe access, electrical awareness, lifting behavior and clear escalation procedures.

Frequently asked questions
What happens after the training?
Teams can be supported through maintenance contracts, repair services or technical assistance. Training is often the first step of a longer support relationship rather than a one-off.
Do you offer LED soldering training?
No. Our training covers display operation, maintenance and support: module handling and replacement, signal distribution, basic diagnostics. LED soldering and component-level repair are not part of it. That work is done in our laboratory by the module repair service.
Who is the training for?
Technical teams who operate, install or maintain LED displays: integrators, rental crews, venue technicians and in-house AV teams. Content is adapted to the equipment in use and the level of the people being trained, from first handling to advanced integration.
Does the training cover calibration?
It covers calibration awareness: why brightness, colour and module consistency matter after installation or repair. The calibration work itself is carried out as a dedicated service.
Is a certificate issued?
Artixium can deliver a certificate confirming the skills reviewed during the session and the accreditation level reached by each participant.
How long is a session?
It depends on the modules selected and the level targeted. A programme is built from the equipment in use, the operational context and the responsibilities of the participants, then scoped accordingly rather than sold as a fixed package.
Where does the training take place?
On your site, around your own installation, or in an Artixium facility. On-site sessions have the advantage of using the exact system the team will be working on afterwards.
Which control software is covered?
Novastar and the other LED control tools used on the installed system: sending, checking and managing content, plus the configuration workflows a technician needs day to day.
Do you train on screens Artixium did not supply?
Yes. The programme is built around the equipment the team actually operates, whoever manufactured it.
