LED screen logistics
LED screen logistics: from factory preparation to final delivery, Artixium coordinates packaging, flight cases, freight, customs documents and site timing for LED display projects.
LED display shipping, prepared for the journey
Artixium coordinates each shipment from preparation to delivery, making sure LED screens travel in the right packaging and arrive ready for installation.
Transport mode, documents and site constraints are aligned before departure to keep the project moving without unnecessary friction.
LED cabinets are heavy, fragile and expensive to replace at short notice. Packing, palletising and load plans are decided per project: a fixed outdoor installation shipped once does not travel like a rental fleet loaded and unloaded dozens of times a year.
LED freight is booked by air, sea, road or rail depending on the deadline and the volume, and the choice is made against the manufacturing schedule rather than after it. Customs papers, incoterms and delivery slots are handled in the same pass, so hardware does not arrive on a site that is not ready for it, and does not sit in a bonded warehouse while an installation crew waits. Serial numbers travel with the shipment, which is what makes later asset tracking and spare-part supply possible.

Recyclable wooden crates
For fixed installations, Artixium uses palletized wooden crates with protective foam and humidity treatment to keep LED screens safe through long-distance transport.
This packaging mostly goes with permanent installations: once the screen is delivered and mounted, the crates have no further use on site and are recycled or destroyed.
Flight cases
For rental products and frequent movement, Artixium uses flight cases with integrated foam so cabinets stay protected between events.
They are built for touring and regular transport: the same cabinet goes out, comes down and is packed again without losing its protection.

Cost-efficient lower-carbon shipping with full containerisation options.
Road transport
Flexible door-to-door delivery, adapted to every site.
Rail transport
Economical and low-impact for long-haul overland routes.
LED screen logistics: every project ships differently
The destination decides the packing, the transport mode and the paperwork. These are the profiles the logistics team plans against most often.
Touring & rental fleets
Flight cases, repeated handling and short turnarounds between events, with case inventories that follow the fleet rather than a single job.
Permanent outdoor installations
Wooden crates, humidity treatment and palletised loads for structures that will be shipped once and stay in place for years.
Stadium projects
Large volumes delivered in sequence to match the assembly order on site, so the crew is never waiting on a container.
Retail rollouts
Multi-site deliveries staged store by store, with packaging sized for goods lifts and back-of-house access.
Studio & XR volumes
Cabinet batches kept together through transport so the volume is assembled from a consistent production run.
Transport hubs
Deliveries into airports, stations and terminals, where access is controlled and delivery windows are fixed well in advance.
Spare parts & service stock
Small, fast shipments of modules and components to keep an installed screen running, coordinated with the repair workflow.
Exhibitions & trade shows
Tight in and out windows on show floors, where the packaging has to survive the stand build as well as the journey.

Frequently asked questions
Who handles customs clearance?
Artixium prepares the commercial documents that travel with the shipment and works with its freight partners on the declarations. Import duties and the formalities at destination depend on the incoterm agreed for the project, which is set at quotation stage rather than at dispatch.
Which transport modes do you use?
Air, sea, road and rail, chosen per project. Air for short deadlines and spare parts, sea for volume on a planned schedule, road for European delivery and rail where the corridor and the timing suit the project.
Is the equipment insured in transit?
Transport insurance is arranged according to the incoterm and the value of the shipment. It is agreed with the client before departure rather than assumed.
What packaging will my screen ship in?
Palletised wooden crates with protective foam and humidity treatment for permanent installations, flight cases with integrated foam for rental fleets and touring. The choice follows how often the screen will be moved, not its size.
Can you deliver directly to the installation site?
Yes, and the delivery slot is planned against the site schedule so the hardware does not arrive before the structure is ready. Access constraints (lifting equipment, goods lifts, night windows) are checked with the installation team beforehand.
How many countries do you deliver to?
Artixium has delivered to more than 50 countries from a single point of departure, through a network of trusted freight partners.
Can I follow my shipment?
Yes. Orders, shipments and delivery documents are visible in the customer portal, alongside cabinet traceability and project files.
