Frequently asked questions
How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 working hours, for an LED display quote as well as a technical question. An enquiry that arrives on Friday afternoon is handled on Monday morning. If your project has a deadline, put it in the message: that is what we prioritise on.
Can we come and see the screens?
Yes, by appointment. The Vaulx-en-Velin showroom runs the indoor, outdoor and rental ranges lit side by side: the best way to compare a pixel pitch or a brightness figure before you sign off an LED display quote.
Do you work outside France?
Yes. We ship and install worldwide, and the team behind that is international: alongside France, we have people in Canada, Portugal, Germany, Morocco and China.
What should I include to get an LED display quote?
The size you have in mind, the use (indoor, outdoor, events), the distance from which people will watch the screen, the installation site and your timeline. If you do not know the pixel pitch yet, that is fine: we work it out with you from the viewing distance.
Can I estimate a budget before asking for a quote?
Yes. The online price configurator gives an indicative range from your dimensions, environment and viewing distance. The LED display quote then details the structure, installation, control system and options.
Who answers my request?
The person who will follow your project, within one working day. If your display is already installed and you need help, choose “Technical support” in the form: the request goes straight to our support team.
How long does it take to get an LED display quote?
A first reply comes within one working day. The detailed LED display quote follows once the size, site and use are confirmed. For a custom project or an unusual structure, a site survey may be needed before the final pricing.
Can you call me back?
Yes. Use the “Get a call back” button or give your availability in the message: we call Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (Paris time), in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese.
