Festival LED Screen: a Corner-Shaped Beryl Wall for Venoge’s 30th Edition

From 11 to 15 August 2026, Venoge Festival celebrated its 30th edition in Penthaz, in the Swiss canton of Vaud: five days of concerts, more than 75,000 festival-goers and three sold-out nights. Skynight, an Artixium partner and the festival’s technical provider for five editions, handled video and lighting on the Raiffeisen Mainstage. At the centre of the stage, the corner-shaped LED screen was built with Artixium Beryl P4.8 cabinets.

A Dedicated Setup for David Guetta’s Show

On 11 August, David Guetta played his only Swiss date of the Monolith Tour at Venoge Festival. For that night, Skynight deployed a specific setup: 500 m² of LED walls and 500 lighting fixtures, with three times the power of the usual festival kit. The corner-shaped Beryl screen, made of two faces joined on a central truss, stands behind the DJ booth. From behind, the Beryl cabinets are easy to spot thanks to their yellow handles. The show ended at midnight, and the crews then had six hours to put the festival kit back in place before the next day.

The Project in Detail

Skynight, based in Satigny near Geneva, is an Artixium partner. For this 30th edition, organised by Grand Chelem Events, its crews worked in 24-hour shifts. The standard festival kit was installed and calibrated three days before opening, then dismantled and stored on rolling platforms to make room for the David Guetta setup. Another configuration was prepared for the “Remember Me” night, with 62 m² of LED screen and 82 moving lights.

Why a Beryl LED Screen for a Festival Stage?

At a festival, set-up time matters as much as image quality. Beryl is an event LED wall designed for rental, touring and stage work. Its modular cabinets go up and come down quickly, which helps when a configuration has to change overnight. SMD Black Face LEDs deliver high contrast, and the brightness keeps the picture readable for the audience, by day and by night. Beryl comes in pixel pitches from P1.5 to P4.8; the P4.8 used here suits a large screen viewed from a distance.
