Micro X & X-GOB Technology
The Manganite rental LED screen combines Micro X LED technology with X-GOB module protection to deliver high-resolution performance and increased durability for both indoor and outdoor rental applications. Micro X LEDs provide fine Ultra HD pixel pitches, high brightness, a wide color range, strong contrast and anti-reflection performance, supporting detailed visual reproduction even in demanding professional environments.
The modules are further reinforced with X-GOB technology, which protects the LED surface against impacts, dust, water, temperature variations and static electricity while also contributing to improved contrast and visual comfort. Together, these technologies give the Manganite a display surface engineered for premium image quality, close viewing distances and repeated professional handling.
Integrated Curving
The Manganite rental LED screen incorporates a toolless curving system directly into the cabinet architecture, allowing the LED wall to form both inward and outward curves. Technicians can adjust the geometry of the installation without relying on a separate tool-based curving process, making it easier to adapt the same cabinets to different scenographic concepts.
This integrated mechanism expands the possibilities beyond conventional flat LED walls and supports customized curved surfaces for events, exhibitions and immersive installations. By combining adjustable geometry with a rental-oriented locking system, the Manganite provides greater creative freedom while maintaining an efficient installation workflow.
Front & Rear Maintenance
Both the LED modules and the power box can be accessed from either the front or the rear of the Manganite cabinet. This dual-access architecture allows the maintenance strategy to be adapted to the physical constraints of each installation rather than requiring permanent technical access behind the display.
When module replacement is required, the intervention is designed to remain quick and straightforward for a qualified technician, with servicing possible within a few minutes. This flexibility is especially useful for creative LED structures, exhibition installations and other configurations where conventional rear access may become restricted once the display has been integrated.
90° Cabinets
Dedicated Manganite cabinets allow the creation of seamless 90° LED angles in both inward and outward configurations. Unlike a system limited to a single corner direction, these specialized cabinets give designers greater freedom to construct multidirectional LED surfaces that turn either into or away from the viewing space. The configuration is particularly suitable for exhibition stands, immersive environments and architectural installations where visual content must continue around a right-angle transition. By integrating dedicated corner cabinets into the same product ecosystem, the Manganite can produce complex geometric displays while maintaining visual continuity throughout the LED installation.
Adjustable Depth
The Manganite incorporates an adjustable cabinet depth ranging from 55 mm to 66 mm. This mechanical adjustment allows the cabinet position to be fine-tuned according to the surrounding structure and the specific integration requirements of a project. Even relatively small variations in depth can be important when an LED surface must align precisely with exhibition frames, architectural elements or adjoining technical components. By allowing this dimension to be modified directly at cabinet level, the Manganite provides integrators with an additional degree of control for achieving precise alignment and cleaner physical integration within customized LED structures.
LED Floor
The Manganite can be configured as an LED floor using a dedicated supporting frame and adjustable feet. The frame provides the structural foundation required for horizontal installation, while its height adjustment allows the floor surface to be positioned according to the requirements of the surrounding environment.
For more elaborate applications, LED strips can also be integrated beneath the LED floor, expanding the visual possibilities of the installation beyond the primary display surface. This dedicated floor configuration allows the same Manganite platform to move beyond conventional vertical screens and become part of immersive event, exhibition or scenographic environments.
Frame Connectors
Dedicated frame connectors allow designers to introduce intentional openings within a Manganite LED wall while preserving the structural connection between the surrounding cabinets. Instead of requiring the display to remain a completely continuous rectangular surface, these components enable sections of the structure to remain open for customized scenographic or exhibition layouts. The cabinets positioned around the opening remain mechanically connected, allowing the LED installation to incorporate negative space as part of its design. This feature considerably expands the creative possibilities of the system for projects requiring non-conventional screen shapes and open structural compositions.
Hanging Bars
The Manganite rental LED screen uses multi-purpose hanging bars that can also operate as floor-stacking accessories. A single structural accessory can therefore support suspended LED installations as well as ground-supported configurations, reducing the need for entirely separate rigging components for each mounting method. This dual-purpose design increases the versatility of the Manganite ecosystem and allows the same equipment inventory to be adapted to different venues and project requirements. For event and rental operators, the ability to reuse the hanging hardware for floor stacking provides a more flexible approach to configuring LED screens across different installations.
Articulated Arm
An optional articulated arm allows individual Manganite cabinets to be connected to an existing supporting structure in more unconventional orientations. Multiple cabinets can be positioned independently to create tree-like or branching LED compositions, moving beyond the continuous grid typically associated with modular LED walls. The articulated connection provides the structural link required to position each cabinet as part of a more sculptural installation. This accessory is particularly relevant for exhibition, scenographic and creative event applications where the LED cabinets themselves become individual visual elements within a larger three-dimensional composition.
