Opal LED floor, built to be walked on, interactive as an option
The Opal LED floor is an interactive floor for indoor installations where people walk on the picture: showrooms, museums, events. It takes more than 2,000 kg/m², reaches 3,000 nits and is rated IP65. Modules are replaced from the front, and multi-touch detection is available as an option.

Features
High Load Capacity
The Opal LED floor is engineered to support a load-bearing capacity exceeding 2,000 kg/m², providing the structural strength required for intensive professional use. Its reinforced construction is highly resistant to heavy loads and physical impacts, allowing the display surface to accommodate people, equipment and other substantial weights without sustaining damage. The system is also waterproof, adding environmental protection to its mechanical durability. This combination of load resistance, impact protection and waterproof construction makes the Opal suitable for demanding installations where the LED floor must remain stable and operational under repeated physical stress.
33 ms Touch Response
Each module of the Opal LED floor can optionally incorporate between four and sixteen touch sensors, with the exact number determined by the selected pixel pitch. These sensors provide a response time of only 33 milliseconds, enabling the LED floor to react almost immediately when a user interacts with its surface. Visual content can therefore respond directly to audience movement, creating dynamic experiences without a noticeable delay. The interaction can also be synchronized with triggered sound effects, allowing visual and audio responses to operate together in showrooms, museums, live performances and other immersive environments.
Adjustable Feet
The Opal LED floor uses height-adjustable feet to accelerate cabinet positioning and create a level LED floor installation. After the first cabinet has been placed, its feet function as alignment guides that help adjoining cabinets fit accurately into position. Their adjustable height also allows technicians to compensate for variations in the supporting surface and maintain consistent alignment across the complete display. By combining physical guidance with height adjustment, the foot system supports fast and seamless cabinet integration while reducing the number of corrective positioning operations required during assembly.
Front Maintenance
On the Opal LED floor, each LED module can be removed and replaced directly from the front of the floor using a vacuum suction tool. This access method allows technicians to service an individual module without lifting or dismantling the surrounding cabinets.
Maintenance can therefore remain localized to the affected section of the display, reducing the disruption caused by technical interventions. The vacuum-assisted removal process provides a straightforward way to access the modules whenever servicing is required, making front maintenance particularly practical for large LED floors where access beneath the installed structure would be limited or unavailable.
