LED Screen Tour Philipp Kirkorov: Helium Powers the World Tour
Philipp Bedrosovich Kirkorov, Russian pop icon of Armenian-Bulgarian origin, is an essential figure in Russian entertainment. Crowned five times “Russia’s Best Selling Artist” at the World Music Awards, he is known for his grandiose shows, blending opulence, stage performance, and cutting-edge technology.
In 2016, for his world tour, Philipp Kirkorov called upon Artixium to design a custom LED screen. For this large-scale project, 816 Helium P6.2 (a version since succeeded by Helium 2) LED cabinets (500 x 500 mm) were provided, representing a total display surface of 204 m².
This fully mobile screen was designed to accompany the artist throughout his tour. Its modular structure and robustness made it a perfectly suited solution to the logistical constraints of a traveling show. The image quality and consistent brightness of the Helium P6.2 enabled strong visual integration within the stage design.
To this day, Philipp Kirkorov continues to use the equipment provided by Artixium, proof of the reliability and durability of our solutions. The Helium, at the time, represented our most advanced offering for touring rental screens.
All About Philipp Kirkorov’s World Tour
The LED Screen Tour Philipp Kirkorov Project in Detail
The LED screen tour Philipp Kirkorov project called for a custom display worthy of shows known for their opulence. For the 2016 world tour, Artixium designed a fully mobile LED screen of 204 m², built from 816 Helium P6.2 cabinets measuring 500 × 500 mm.
A screen designed to travel. Its modular structure allowed the screen to be assembled, dismantled and transported from city to city, meeting the logistical constraints of a travelling show.
A uniform image. The image quality and consistent brightness of the Helium P6.2 allowed the screen to blend fully into the stage design, as a key part of the scenography.
Equipment still in use. To this day, Philipp Kirkorov continues to use the equipment supplied by Artixium, proof of the reliability and durability of the solution.
Why Choose an LED Screen for an Arena Tour?
In arenas, the LED screen gives the whole audience a front-row view. It carries the artist’s visual identity, close-ups and stage effects, and it can change completely from one song to the next.
A large touring screen must combine size and mobility: modular cabinets that connect quickly, a structure that can be rigged in every venue, and components robust enough for months on the road. Uniform brightness across hundreds of cabinets is also essential to deliver a single, seamless image, as on the LED screen tour Philipp Kirkorov stage.
The Helium P6.2 has since been succeeded by Helium 2, Artixium’s current rental LED display for touring. Discover our event LED displays, contact our team about your tour, or read more about the artist on Wikipedia.
