An LED-clad TV set
In Casablanca, Tekos, Artixium’s distributor in Morocco, fitted a television set with 28 m² of LED display at a 1.25 mm pixel pitch. The LED walls follow the curves of the set and surround the presenters’ desk. With around 18 million pixels, the screen keeps a sharp picture on air.
A curved wall tested before shipping
Before leaving for Morocco, the curved LED wall was pre-assembled and tested at the factory. It combines two cabinet sizes to match the geometry of the set. On site, the cabinets were built into the set structure, then the screen was calibrated from the control room.
All About the Tekos TV Studio LED Screen
The project in detail
Client: Tekos, Artixium distributor in Morocco. Location: television studio in Casablanca. Size: 28 m². Pixel pitch: 1.25 mm. Resolution: around 18 million pixels. Commissioned: 2024.
Why a fine pixel pitch matters in a TV studio
On a set, cameras film the screen at close range. A fine pixel pitch keeps the LED grid from showing on camera. The native 16:9 format of Titanite Access makes it easy to show video content without cropping, and front maintenance means the screen can be serviced without dismantling the set.
