Neipatec ST LED perimeter display for professional stadiums
The Neipatec ST LED perimeter display equips professional stadiums. It comes in pixel pitches from P6.2 to P10, reaches 7,500 nits and is rated IP68 on the front and IP66 on the rear. Its modules can be serviced from the front or the rear, and a rotating footstand holds it at the pitch side.

Features
Fast Cabinet Locking
The Neipatec ST LED perimeter display incorporates a fast cabinet locking system for connecting adjacent units along the stadium perimeter. The lateral locking points secure the cabinets together and transform the individual units into a continuous display structure. This integrated mechanism supports rapid assembly during installation and simplifies cabinet separation when the perimeter system must be dismantled. By keeping the connection hardware directly within the cabinet architecture, the locking system reduces the need for separate fastening components and provides a repeatable assembly method for stadiums that regularly install, remove or reposition their LED perimeter equipment.
Rotative Footstand
A rotative stabilising footstand provides structural support during operation while reducing the space required for transportation and storage. Once deployed, the footstand creates perpendicular support at both the front and rear of the cabinet, helping the perimeter remain firmly positioned around the field. When the cabinets are connected laterally, these individual supports contribute to a sturdy and stable continuous LED screen capable of resisting wind pressure. The rotating construction also simplifies preparation for transport by allowing the support to be repositioned against the cabinet when the system is not installed.
Outdoor & Shockproof Protection
The Neipatec ST LED perimeter display is engineered as a waterproof, particle-resistant and shockproof LED perimeter system for outdoor stadium installations. Its construction is designed to protect the display against the environmental and physical constraints encountered beside the playing field. The cabinet can also operate across a temperature range extending from -20°C to +60°C, supporting use during both cold-weather and high-temperature sporting events. This combination of environmental protection and impact resistance provides the durability required for a perimeter display exposed to changing weather conditions and intensive match-day operation.
High Brightness
The Neipatec ST LED perimeter display reaches a brightness level of up to 7,500 nits, supporting clear sponsor content under demanding outdoor lighting conditions. The system is also designed to preserve a high level of brightness throughout its operating life. Because periodic calibration may reduce LED output by approximately 5% to 10% every two to three years, the initial brightness provides additional performance capacity over time. The product is estimated to maintain approximately 6,750 nits after six years of intensive use, helping advertising content remain visible throughout extended stadium operation.
Front and Rear Maintenance
The LED modules can be accessed from both the front and the rear of the cabinet, giving technicians greater flexibility during maintenance operations. The modules are designed for rapid replacement, allowing an affected section of the perimeter system to be serviced without dismantling the complete display line. This accessibility is particularly valuable during live sporting events, as it makes an emergency mid-game repair possible when a module fails. The dual-access architecture therefore reduces the operational impact of maintenance while adapting the servicing method to the technical space available around the installation.
Rubber Bumper
A rubber bumper is integrated along the upper edge of the Neipatec® ST cabinet. This component places a dedicated protective layer over the rigid structure at one of the most exposed areas of a pitch-side perimeter display. Because the bumper forms part of the cabinet, it remains in position throughout transportation, installation and operation without requiring an additional protective accessory. Its rubber construction complements the system’s shock-resistant design and adapts the upper section of the display to the physical constraints associated with professional stadium environments.
Outdoor LED Mask
The display surface combines SMD LEDs with a dedicated outdoor mask integrated into the front of the cabinet. This configuration creates a unified external surface suited to the operating conditions of an outdoor stadium perimeter system. The mask surrounds and covers the LED arrangement as part of the display assembly rather than functioning as a separate installation component. Integrating the outdoor mask directly with the SMD LED surface helps maintain a consistent front structure across adjacent cabinets when they are assembled into a complete advertising perimeter.
Adjustable Connecting Plates
Specially designed connecting plates allow adjacent cabinets to be secured at different angles. Eight dedicated angle cabinets can be assembled to create a 90° stadium corner, while the same connection principle allows two units to be locked together at other selected angles. This flexibility supports smooth transitions around the geometry of the venue instead of limiting the LED perimeter to straight display lines. The resulting curved configuration maintains the continuity of visual content and provides a more coherent display surface around stadium corners.
Cable Storage
A top storage case is incorporated into each cabinet to conceal and protect the system’s cabling after installation. Once the connections have been placed inside the compartment, no cables remain visible around the assembled LED perimeter. This improves the organisation of the technical installation while shielding the connections within a dedicated section of the cabinet. The storage case can also be reached without using tools, allowing technicians to access the cables quickly during setup, inspection or maintenance without dismantling other parts of the display structure.
Power Box Architecture
The cabinet contains three integrated power boxes arranged according to the internal functions of the LED perimeter system. Two power boxes are allocated to the LED modules, while the third houses the receiving-card section. This distribution separates the principal electronic functions within dedicated cabinet areas and keeps the required power and signal components integrated into the product. The organised architecture provides defined technical sections for the module electronics and receiving hardware, supporting a structured internal configuration within every Neipatec® ST cabinet.
Natural Heat Dissipation
The Neipatec® ST incorporates a natural heat-dissipation design within its cabinet architecture. The thermal management function is integrated into the physical construction of the system, allowing operational heat to be released through the cabinet and module structure. This approach keeps heat management within the perimeter unit itself instead of relying on a separate external cooling installation. Natural dissipation is particularly relevant for a continuous outdoor display composed of numerous adjacent cabinets that must operate reliably throughout matches and other long-duration sporting events.
Integrated Handles
The cabinet includes integrated handles that provide dedicated gripping points during transport, unloading and installation. Because the handles form part of the cabinet frame, they remain immediately available whenever a unit needs to be lifted, controlled or repositioned. This eliminates the need to attach separate handling accessories before moving the equipment. The integrated design supports the recurring logistical operations associated with a modular LED perimeter system, particularly when cabinets must be removed from storage, distributed around the stadium and assembled before an event.
Tailored Flightcases
The Neipatec® ST is supported by purpose-built flightcases measuring 1,700 × 1,170 × 490 mm. These transport cases are designed to preserve the integrity of the LED cabinets during both storage and repeated transportation while keeping handling procedures straightforward. Their internal organisation enables a team to remove the cabinets and install the perimeter around a stadium within a few hours. The tailored format provides a dedicated logistical solution for organisations that regularly deploy, dismantle and transport their LED perimeter system between sporting events or venues.
Safety Gate
The Neipatec® ST complies with international safety standards. Many stadiums require emergency evacuation routes that provide direct access to the playing field. In this type of configuration, safety gates integrated into the LED perimeter system are essential.
Depending on the project requirements, several opening mechanisms can be incorporated into the cabinets, including tilting systems or hinged systems fitted with support wheels.
