Cobalt Fascia stadium LED display for fascia ribbons
The Cobalt Fascia stadium LED display is made for fascia ribbons. It reaches 10,000 nits, is rated IP68 on the front and IP67 on the rear, and its modules can be serviced from the front or the rear. Sponsors stay visible in direct sunlight as well as during night games.

Features
Precision Cabinet Alignment
The Cobalt Fascia stadium LED display uses a frame-and-pin mounting system to guide each LED cabinet into its correct position. When the mounting frames are installed with the upward-maintenance configuration, the cabinets align accurately and connect cleanly with adjacent units. This precise positioning creates a continuous LED fascia surface, helping sponsorship content remain visually consistent across the full display. Additional lateral screws can be installed to reinforce the positioning, although they are not required to achieve the intended cabinet alignment.
Front and Rear Module Access
On the Cobalt Fascia stadium LED display, the LED modules can be accessed from both the front and the rear of the cabinet. This dual-access design gives technical teams greater flexibility when defining the maintenance approach for a stadium fascia installation. Module servicing is therefore not restricted to a single side of the display, allowing the access method to be adapted to the available technical space around the screen. The feature is integrated directly into the cabinet architecture and supports the product’s front-and-rear maintenance configuration.
Top Cable Cover
An optional top cable cover provides direct access to the screen cabling from the stadium vomitory. This upper access point is designed to make cable management easier in installations where the fascia is reached from the circulation opening behind or above the display. The option gives technicians a dedicated location for managing cabinet connections while respecting the access constraints of the venue. It is particularly relevant when the screen installation and maintenance strategy is organized from the upper section of the fascia structure.
One-Person Cabinet Handling
Two integrated handles allow each Cobalt Fascia cabinet to be handled by one person. These dedicated grip points simplify the movement and positioning of individual cabinets during installation or subsequent displacement. By making the unit easier to control, the handles reduce the time and physical effort associated with repeated cabinet handling. This practical feature supports a more efficient installation process and removes the need for two technicians to move every cabinet before it is positioned on the mounting frame.
Module Heat Dissipation
Each LED module incorporates a dedicated heat-dissipation design. Thermal management is therefore integrated directly into the module structure rather than relying on a separate external component. This construction is designed to release heat generated during operation and is consistent with the requirements of an outdoor LED fascia installed in a sports venue. By incorporating heat dissipation at module level, the cabinet architecture addresses the thermal demands of a continuous LED display installation.
Module Safety Cables
The Cobalt Fascia stadium LED display integrates dedicated safety cables with carabiners to secure each removable LED module during maintenance. When a module is released from the cabinet for front or rear servicing, the cable keeps it mechanically tethered to the structure, helping prevent accidental drops while technicians handle or inspect the module.
This secondary retention system is particularly valuable for LED fascia installations positioned at height in stadiums and sports venues, where maintenance operations require additional protection against falling components. The carabiner connection can be detached when necessary, providing a straightforward safety solution without restricting module access.
Lightweight Aluminum Frame
The Cobalt Fascia cabinet is built around a lightweight aluminum frame. This frame forms the main structural body of the cabinet and supports the different components required for module installation, positioning and handling. Its construction is adapted to a modular LED fascia system composed of multiple cabinets installed alongside one another around a sports venue. The aluminum frame combines the structural function of the cabinet with a design intended to remain manageable during installation and displacement operations.
