Neipatec ST Duo LED perimeter display, double-sided for stadiums
The Neipatec ST Duo LED perimeter display is double-sided. It builds on the Neipatec ST to double the advertising surface at the pitch side. Its display area measures 1600 × 1200 mm, it reaches 7,500 nits and is rated IP68 on the front and IP66 on the rear. The upper strip folds towards the stands.

Features
Double Display
The Neipatec ST Duo LED perimeter display uses two stacked LED display surfaces to expand the advertising area available around the pitch. The system combines a 900 mm-high main display with a 300 mm upper strip, creating a total display height of 1200 mm. This configuration increases sponsor visibility and supports additional content formats while remaining compatible with television broadcast framing requirements. The upper strip can also be folded backward to create an additional display surface facing the stands, allowing the same perimeter system to address both broadcast audiences and spectators inside the venue.
Front and Rear Maintenance
The Neipatec ST Duo LED perimeter display preserves front and rear maintenance access despite its double-layer construction. The LED modules remain accessible from the front of the system, while the rear of the cabinet and its power supplies can be reached from behind for technical servicing. This dual-access configuration allows maintenance teams to select the most practical intervention side according to the available space and installation conditions. It also keeps the main display components accessible without compromising the extended 1200 mm display architecture, supporting more efficient servicing during regular operation or technical interventions.
Stabilizing Foot System
A rotating foot system combined with support arms provides the structural support required to install the Neipatec® ST Duo quickly and securely. The stabilizing mechanism is designed to maintain the cabinet in position on different types of surfaces, making it suitable for the varied ground conditions encountered in sports venues. Its rotating construction also supports a practical setup process for a perimeter system intended for frequent installation and dismantling. Once deployed, the foot and support arms create a stable base for the cabinet’s double-height display structure.
Reinforced Aluminum Frame
The cabinet is built around a reinforced die-cast aluminum frame optimized to support the product’s double-layer LED configuration. The structure accommodates a 1200 mm display height while maintaining a cabinet weight of approximately 73.6 kg. This balance between structural reinforcement and manageable weight allows the system to remain suitable for frequent setup and teardown operations. The aluminum construction provides the principal support for both stacked display areas while helping technical teams handle the cabinet as part of a modular stadium perimeter installation.
Shockproof LED Masks
The outdoor SMD LED surface is fitted with shockproof protective masks designed for the physical constraints of pitch-side operation. These masks form a protective layer over the LED components, helping preserve the display surface when it is exposed to impacts around the playing area. Impact protection is especially important for a stadium perimeter system positioned close to players, balls and sports equipment. By integrating the masks directly into the LED surface, the Neipatec® ST Duo combines outdoor display functionality with a construction adapted to demanding sports environments.
Rubber Top Cover
A rubber cover protects the upper edge of the Neipatec® ST Duo cabinet. This component places a softer material over the rigid structure at the point most likely to come into contact with players or equipment near the pitch. Because the cover is integrated into the perimeter system, it remains in position during operation without requiring an additional protective accessory. The rubber construction complements the shockproof display masks and adapts the cabinet’s exposed upper section to the safety requirements associated with professional pitch-side LED installations.
Quick Cabinet Locking
The Neipatec ST Duo LED perimeter display includes a quick cabinet locking mechanism for assembling individual units into a continuous LED perimeter. This integrated system simplifies the process of securing adjacent cabinets during installation and releasing them again when the display is dismantled. Quick locking is particularly relevant for a product designed to undergo frequent setup and teardown operations, as it reduces the number of manual fastening steps required during each installation cycle. The mechanism therefore supports faster assembly while maintaining a structured connection between the cabinets forming the complete display line.
Module Heat Dissipation
The cabinet incorporates a natural heat-dissipation design to manage the thermal output generated by its LED components. Heat management is integrated directly into the physical construction of the Neipatec® ST Duo, allowing the extended display structure to release operational heat through the cabinet architecture. This is especially relevant for a system containing two stacked LED areas within a single reinforced frame. The design addresses the thermal requirements of continuous outdoor operation without adding a separate external heat-management structure to the pitch-side installation.
Dual Power Blocks
The electrical architecture of each Neipatec® ST Duo cabinet incorporates two integrated power blocks. These components provide the internal power infrastructure required by the product’s extended double-layer display configuration. Housing both power blocks within the cabinet keeps the electrical section integrated with the LED structure during transportation, installation and operation. It also ensures that the power components remain accessible from the rear of the cabinet for technical servicing, while the front of the system remains dedicated to module access and display maintenance.
RCD Protection
The cabinet includes one residual-current device, or RCD, as part of its integrated electrical system. This component adds a dedicated electrical protection point alongside the two power blocks installed within the cabinet. Keeping the RCD inside the product architecture provides technical teams with an identifiable protective device directly associated with each perimeter unit. The RCD forms part of the Neipatec® ST Duo’s self-contained power arrangement and remains accessible through the rear servicing area together with the cabinet’s other electrical components.
Integrated Handles
The Neipatec® ST Duo frame features integrated handles that provide dedicated gripping points for cabinet handling. These handles remain permanently available whenever a unit must be moved, positioned or prepared for installation, eliminating the need to attach separate handling accessories. Their integration is particularly useful during recurring setup and teardown operations, where technicians must repeatedly control and reposition individual cabinets. Combined with the manageable die-cast aluminum construction, the handles support more practical movement of the double-layer cabinet throughout transportation and on-site installation procedures.
