Custom LED, engineered end to end
Most large LED projects are not standard. The site has its own dimensions, structure and constraints, and a screen bought off a spec sheet rarely fits them without compromise. Custom work removes that compromise: the display is designed around the project, not the other way around.
Artixium is both a manufacturer and an integrator. We design and build our own LED cabinets (Beryl, Boron, Orion and more), so the mechanics, pixel pitch, mounting and maintenance access can be adapted at the source. Engineering is handled in-house, production runs in our Shenzhen facility under Artixium quality control, and the same technical brief follows the project through to installation.
Designed around the real site
A custom project can mean a single adjusted parameter or a screen built from scratch: a specific cabinet size, a curved surface, or a fully bespoke structure like an arch, a ceiling or a 360-degree totem that no catalogue product would cover.
Before anything is manufactured, the project is studied: load limits, access, viewing distance, environment and maintenance are mapped so the engineered solution matches real site conditions. That upfront work is what protects the installation, and the investment behind it.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a custom LED project?
Anything from a single adjusted parameter (a specific cabinet size, pixel pitch or mounting) to a fully bespoke screen with its own structure and shape. If a catalogue product does not fit the site, it can usually be engineered to.
Can you build curved or non-rectangular screens?
Yes. Concave, convex, circular, arches and 360-degree structures are all possible, either with adjustable cabinets or a fully custom cabinet design.
Do you manufacture the LED cabinets yourselves?
Yes: Artixium designs and produces its own cabinet lines (Beryl, Boron, Orion and others), which is what lets the mechanics, mounting and maintenance be adapted at the source.
Can a custom screen be used outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor projects use IP-rated builds with protection and finishes suited to weather, dust and permanent exposure.
Is custom only for very large screens?
No. The custom approach applies to small and large projects alike: what defines it is the constraint to solve, not the size.
