A Custom-Made LED Staircase for the Casino d’Évian
For this LED screen casino project, in August 2026, in collaboration with A+ Events, Artixium designed and manufactured a fully custom LED product for the Casino d’Évian in Évian-les-Bains. The solution was developed to the client’s specifications and to the exact dimensions of the staircase leading up to Le Cercle.
The installation consists of 22 LED risers, each measuring 2,800 × 150 mm, for a total display surface of 9.24 m². Each riser combines two Hydrogen P1.5 cabinets of 1,400 × 150 mm, so that the content runs seamlessly from the bottom to the top of the staircase.
GOB Technology Serving Architecture
With P1.5 GOB (Glue On Board) technology, the staircase delivers sharp visuals at very close viewing distances, while the resin layer protects the LEDs from everyday impacts. Casino logo, showers of golden sparkles or animations in the colours of the gaming tables: an architectural element becomes a unique digital experience at the heart of the venue.

Inside the LED Screen Casino Staircase Project
The Casino d’Évian wanted to turn the staircase leading up to Le Cercle into a striking feature for its guests. For this LED screen casino project, a standard LED panel was not an option: each step needed a display that fitted the riser exactly, with no gaps between modules and no visible structure.
A made-to-measure format. Artixium developed a specific 1,400 × 150 mm Hydrogen P1.5 cabinet. Two cabinets placed side by side form each 2,800 × 150 mm riser, and 22 risers create a continuous 9.24 m² canvas from the bottom to the top of the staircase.
Content designed for a staircase. Because the 22 risers work as one display, visuals can climb the steps, cascade down them or split into separate bands: casino logo, showers of golden sparkles, card suits on a red background or light trails in the colours of the venue.
Protection for a busy space. GOB (Glue On Board) technology covers the LEDs with a layer of resin, protecting them from the knocks and scuffs that are inevitable on a staircase used every day by guests.
