Sports LED display FAQ
What is a sports LED display?
A sports LED display is a screen system for stadiums and arenas: perimeter systems, giant screens, scoreboards and ribbons. It is built for brightness, durability and TV broadcast.
Are perimeter LED systems suitable for TV broadcast?
Yes. Their high refresh rate and accurate colour prevent flicker on camera, so sponsor messages stay sharp during live broadcasts.
Are sports LED displays weatherproof?
Yes. Outdoor stadium displays are weatherproof and impact-resistant: they handle rain, sun and match days in open-air venues.
How bright should a stadium screen be?
Open-air stadium screens need high brightness to stay legible in daylight and on camera; Artixium sizes brightness to the venue and its broadcast requirements.
Can you supply the full stadium system?
Yes. From perimeter and ribbon systems to giant screens and scoreboards, each element is specified for the venue, the sight lines and the sponsorship programme.
How long do sports LED displays last?
With proper maintenance, a complete LED display typically lasts 10 to 15 years, and the LEDs themselves around 100,000 hours. Our sport displays are made for permanent stadium and arena installations. They come with up to a 5-year warranty and after-sales support in France.
