Cobalt outdoor LED display at 10,000 nits
The Cobalt outdoor LED display is made for permanent installations that need a lot of light: it reaches 10,000 nits. Its die cast aluminium cabinet is rated IP68 on the front and IP67 on the rear, and its heat dissipation design keeps performance stable over time. It can be serviced from the front or the rear.

Features
10,000 Nit Brightness
The Cobalt outdoor LED display delivers up to 10,000 nits of brightness, enabling visual content to remain clearly visible in demanding outdoor lighting conditions. This exceptionally high initial output also provides additional performance capacity as the LEDs gradually lose brightness during long-term operation. According to the product estimate, the display can retain approximately 7,000 nits after six years of intensive use. This sustained brightness makes the Cobalt particularly suitable for permanent outdoor screens where advertising, information and branded content must remain visible over long distances and under strong natural light throughout the product’s service life.
IP68 and IP67 Protection
The Cobalt outdoor LED display has IP68 protection on the front and IP67 protection on the rear, creating a robust enclosure for permanent outdoor installations. The cabinet is fully resistant to dust ingress and can withstand high-pressure water projections, helping protect both the visible LED surface and the technical components located behind it. This dual-sided protection allows the display to remain exposed to demanding environmental conditions without requiring an additional external enclosure. By addressing water and particle ingress across the complete cabinet, the Cobalt is designed to preserve its structural and operational condition throughout extended outdoor use.
Heat Dissipation
The Cobalt incorporates a dedicated heat-dissipation design that promotes air convection through both the power box and the LED modules. The cabinet’s white frame and aluminum construction also contribute to limiting internal heat accumulation by supporting thermal release and reducing excessive temperature exposure. This integrated cooling approach is intended to keep the cabinet as cool as possible during operation. By controlling the heat generated inside the display, the design helps prevent the accelerated deterioration of electronic and LED components, supporting the long-term reliability required for a fixed outdoor screen exposed to extended operating periods.
Front and Rear Maintenance
The Cobalt outdoor LED display accepts maintenance from both the front and the rear of the cabinet, allowing the servicing method to be adapted to the available technical space. Front interventions are performed with a T-shaped maintenance tool, while rear servicing requires no tools.
This dual-access architecture is suitable for installations where access may be restricted on one side of the display, including screens mounted close to a structure or integrated into an outdoor façade. The maintenance process is designed to remain quick and straightforward and can be completed by one technician, reducing the personnel required for routine technical interventions.
Modular Cabinet Formats
The Cobalt range includes six mutually compatible cabinet sizes using 480 × 320 mm LED modules. An additional 1280 × 960 mm cabinet, built with 320 × 320 mm modules, is also compatible with the other formats. These different cabinet dimensions can be combined to adapt the overall display area to the proportions and structural constraints of each project. This modular architecture allows integrators to create tailored giant LED screens without depending on a single cabinet format, making the system suitable for outdoor installations requiring customized widths, heights or display layouts.
Curved and Angled Cabinets
Custom cabinets can be supplied with specially cut edges for curved or angled installations. This option allows the Cobalt display to follow architectural corners, curved structures or other geometries that cannot be achieved with conventional flat cabinets alone. When combined with the range of compatible cabinet sizes, the custom-cut construction expands the system’s adaptability across different outdoor LED projects. The available curve and 90-degree configurations enable visual content to continue across changes in direction while keeping the installation within the same Cobalt product architecture.
