CEO of Artixium "Romain Pacy" at APEPE

On the 22nd of November 2019 in Lisbon Portugal, the APEPE association (Portuguese Association of Outdoor Advertising Companies – and Lusófona University) held the 4th Meeting “The Outdoor Environment in Portugal”.

Artixium CEO “Romain Pacy” was invited to give his toughts and to conduct a conversation about Outdoor Advertising. This topic is complex and is subject for debate in 2019. Every countries have different laws and different rules especially for outdoor display installations. The pros & cons of and LED display and will it take over standard billboard advertising in the future?
