A new LED perimeter by Artixium for Élan Chalon-sur-Saône

Le Colisée, the iconic arena in Chalon-sur-Saône, is now equipped with a brand-new LED perimeter system by Artixium. The Hydrogen Sport 2.0 with P6.6 pixel pitch has been installed around the basketball court of Élan Chalon, one of France’s most renowned basketball clubs. This installation enhances the visibility of the team and its partners through a high-performance display solution specifically designed for demanding sports environments.

57 meters of visual performance

The LED perimeter extends over 57 linear meters, made up of 45 Hydrogen Sport 2.0 P6.6 cabinets, delivering exceptional image quality and flawless display uniformity. This setup ensures smooth and continuous partner content, providing optimal visibility from every seat in the arena.

A technology built for professional sports

The Hydrogen Sport 2.0 P6.6 stands out for its shock resistance and player safety, thanks to its front protective foam. Designed to meet the standards of modern sports installations, it features a die-cast aluminum frame, rear maintenance access, and a refresh rate above 3,840 Hz, guaranteeing stable and flicker-free images even during TV broadcasts. With a brightness level of 6,000 nits, the display offers excellent readability under all lighting conditions.

Installation carried out by AVL Event

The LED perimeter system was installed by AVL Event, a company known for its technical expertise in audiovisual integrations. Their precise and efficient work ensured a seamless installation within Le Colisée, without disrupting the club’s activities.
