To maintain a giant LED screen means to take into account many different factors: the nature of the damages to the screen, the affected components, the necessity of replacing certain parts, the welding of electronic components, etc. As a reference in the giant LED screen industry, Artixium puts its specialized technicians at your disposal to make any required repair, from the simplest to the most complex and meticulous ones to give your giant LED screen its original form back.
In some cases, it’s more time and cost-effective to send us back your defective LED modules and cabinets for our technicians to repair them on our premises. We have all the necessary equipment to guarantee optimal repairs. Your different LED parts are then reconditioned and shipped as soon as possible, with the care we put in all our shipments.
Our display products and solutions come with a standard factory warranty. Produced at the Highest Standards and the Common Certifications in the market, we promise you a trouble-free operation. In case of special installation circumstances or very high up-time requirements, we can offer you Higher Service Levels with maintenance on site, recalibration services, or quick replacement services.
FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
Anil Artixium sells a subscription to a maintenance contract, allowing you to concentrate on the integration of our giant LED screens. Whether you bought your LED cabinets from us or one of our competitors, we can repair them. Our standard maintenance contract covers a two-year period that can be extended to five years. After your maintenance contract's expiration date, we propose punctual maintenance services.

According to your repair needs, our technicians can move to your LED application's location to repair it. These interventions are included in the Artixium maintenance contract, and we will make everything in our power to make sure that your LED screen is repaired in the shortest delay possible.
